Cuba Independent School District

Cuba ISD, a 2024 U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon School, was honored in a ceremony Wednesday, July 10, in Washington, D.C. The Cuba Independent School District was recognized for their innovative efforts to reduce environmental impact and costs, promote better health, and ensure effective sustainability and environmental education. Representatives received sustainably crafted plaques and banners in recognition for their achievements.
